The ingredients required to prepare this delicious yet healthy food item include the following:
Half cup of milk
An egg
Four boneless chicken breasts, each having a thickness of half an inch
Eight slices of mozzarella cheese (or more as per required)
Parmesan cheese
Pieces of well-seasoned bread
A jar (16 oz) of spaghetti sauce
Two tablespoonful of freshly chopped parsley
Pepper as required
Garlic salt as required
A teaspoonful of dried basil leaves
Two teaspoonful of olive oil

Direction

Whip up the egg in the milk first. But do remember to preheat the oven to 175 degree Celsius before arranging for the preparation of this fine dish. Do it beforehand as it may take time to heat up.

Plunge the pieces of chicken breast into the egg and milk mixture. In a separate bowl mix the bread crumbs, basil leaves, Parmesan cheese and ground pepper. Whisk the olive oil and garlic salt in another small bowl. Dip each of the chicken breasts first to the garlic oil mixture and then to the bread crumb mixture.

Set the baking mode in your oven while you need to watch out for the gradual shift in color from brown to golden. A baking dish will also serve fine.

Next you have to mince eight to twelve (or as needed) pieces of mozzarella cheese and place a couple of them onto each breast.

Pour the jar of spaghetti sauce over the entire thing. Scatter Parmesan cheese and another round of mozzarella.

Bake at 175 degree Celsius temperature for about half an hour to a maximum of forty five minutes.

The dish is to be served with garlic bread, spaghetti and green salad.
